Everyone is busy. We know that.
But what if you took one more moment to stand out a little bit more…
🤔 Think for a moment about your caring model. Ask yourself some pointed questions to enhance the work you do.
Am I
- Actively placing the needs of others as my priority
- Becoming more acutely aware of those around me
- Able to ante up my serving with a more genuine flair for caring
When we develop or even fine-tune our personal service model and it becomes embedded in our way of thinking 🧠 we all gain from it. 👏🏻
As RN’s we constantly prioritize the needs of others as we “nurse” along in our 12+ hour shifts and it gets hard sometimes, I know.
Utilizing all the self help books, classes and coaching in the world can’t help you until you pursue your personal service model from your whole heart.
Aspiring to #domore & #bemore each day becomes my driving force. Add the goals of #teamwork and a multi-functional dynamic group is enhanced. Not only are we better caregivers but our fellow colleagues are impacted as well.
Endeavor your next shift to be your best and surely you will walk away at the end of it a better person. ❤️
#ShineOn!
