Forward Vision! Looking back to see where you came from is good- but remember to look forward because that’s the direction YOU are going. Make changes and make them happen for YOU.

I remember when I was younger and planting seeds in elementary school for some seemingly crazy science project. I eagerly watched and watched for new growth. Each day when I went into the classroom I could hardly wait to run over to check my plant expecting it to have shot up half a foot! Well, it didn’t.  Day after day. But, what I did begin to see was small growth inching its way up.

Life is like that also.  We have windows in our day. Our career, family, social life, home, personal time…..but we need to fit in something else. The Growth Factor. 

I recognized something recently that was not challenging me anymore. I was going through the same moves day after day. I was no longer like an elastic band being stretched and growing. The elasticity was at its limit.

Boom! Enter The Growth Factor. 

My new revelation,  I needed to move forward to the next level.

Yes, I’m getting there! AND I’m happily watching the new seedlings grow and thrive. If you’re there I highly encourage you to step OUT of your comfort zone and reach for MORE. I did and I’m glad I did!
